This course (212-0705) meets the MD Real Estate Commissions Continuing Education requirement for category "D" - MD Code of Ethics. Maryland Code of Ethics must include predatory lending and flipping. This course also fulfills the NAR Ethics requirement.  $35/Members; $50/Non-members.  Free for those attending New Member Orientation.

A written request must be received at least three (3) days prior to the session date, cancelling attendance and requesting a credit for future sessions.

    Notice given lessthan three (3) days prior to session date, no credit will be issued.

    No refunds or vouchers will be issued for no shows.

   Full refund will be given for classes rescheduled by the Association.

•    No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class ($35 for 3-hour session and  $20 for 1.5-hour session) after the class date if the cancellation policy is not followed.
