This course (212-0705) meets the MD Real Estate Commissions Continuing Education requirement for category "D" - MD Code of Ethics. Maryland Code of Ethics must include predatory lending and flipping. This course also fulfills the NAR Ethics requirement.  $35/Members; $50/Non-members.  Free for those attending New Member Orientation.

A written request must be received at least three (3) daysprior to the session date, cancelling attendance and requesting a credit forfuture sessions.

•    Notice given lessthan three (3) days prior to session date, no credit will be issued.

•    No refunds orvouchers will be issued for no shows.

•   Full refund will be given for classes rescheduled by the Association.

•    No-Shows for free classes will be invoicedthe normal tuition for the class ($35 for 3-hour session and  $20 for 1.5-hour session) after the classdate if the cancellation policy is not followed.
